The Mx Group Climbs to the Top Workplaces

The Mx Group has been recognized as one of the Chicago Tribune’s Top Workplaces 2022. This program awards small, midsized and large companies in Chicago and six surrounding counties the distinguished privilege of being called one of the area’s best organizations to work for. The Mx Group first appeared on the Tribune’s list in 2017. This year, we proudly earned this title in addition to our seventh consecutive recognition as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For^® in Chicago and our 2022 recognition as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation.

The evaluations for the Top Workplaces list are based on anonymous employee opinions as well as an employer questionnaire gathered through the third-party service Energage. The Mx Group’s senior leadership and employees were asked to rate and describe how The Mx Group promotes work-life balance, professional development, health care benefits, leadership, DEI initiatives and more.
